T. Riviotta
T. Riviotta played a pivotal role in the early development of the Patterdale Terrier breed in America and is undoubtedly a pioneer of both the breed and the PTCA.Know to some as the "Good Father of the breed" also known for importing top-quality stock, Riviotta was reputedly willing to acquire any dog that outperformed his own. He placed many exceptional dogs in the hands of others who would go on to become pioneers of the PTCA in their own right. The Hall of Fame Noah dog was bred Riviotta.
D. Mason (Tennessee)
D. Mason is a true pioneer of the PTCA, having founded one of the older known lines of American terriers. Over the past 20 years, Mason has registered countless dogs with the PTCA, and his terriers continue to be highly valued by enthusiasts. His contributions have played a significant role in the growth and success of the PTCA throughout the years.
T. Fulford
It's impossible to talk about the Patterdale Terrier Club of America without mentioning T. Fulford. A true pioneer, Fulford has played a crucial role in shaping the breed and the club itself. He was responsible for importing Ch HOF Booth's Milo, among other influential dogs that have left a significant mark on the breed in the United States. Fulford's contributions also extend to helping establish several well-respected kennels across the country. T. Fulford remains an invaluable asset and trailblazer in the world of Patterdale Terriers.
D. Ashlock
D. Ashlock has been a true pioneer of the PTCA, dedicating his life to the Patterdale Terrier. From working these dogs to going to great lengths to acquire the highest quality stock, Ashlock's commitment is unmatched. He is known for studying pedigrees late into the night, with a photographic memory for the lineage of these dogs since their arrival in the States. Frequently called upon for his expertise, Ashlock also served as an administrator on some of the largest online discussion boards in the early 2000s..

R. Schwab is an exceptional breeder that has focused on the Nuttall line of dogs. Schwab has several dogs on the Hall of Fame list and is credited with helping quite a few yards that are well known these days. Schwab is both a pioneer of the breed and the PTCA. The last terrier added to the Legacy Hall of fame was a son of a dog named Schwabs Simon which was bred by Schwab.

Robert Booth has played a big role in the level of popularity the breed has reached in the states. He has also been a life time supporter of The Patterdale Terrier Club of America. Robert Booth is well know both sides of the pond for keeping and breeding high quality working terriers. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to these terriers

Mrs. Mettrick is the owner of MQH Patterdales. her efforts have resulted in a couple of her dogs being placed no the legacy Hall of Fame list, as well as she has developed several show champions. Mrs. Mettrick has been an unwavering supporter on the Patterdale Terrier Club of America. She is a true Pioneer of the breed in American as well as a prisoner of the PTCA.

R. Hagen is a part owner of Roughneck kennels and has been PTCA supporter for many years. Registering dogs with us and helping on Social Media we are happy to call R. Hagen a Pioneer for the breed.

J. Wilson was a breeder that registered many dogs with the PTCA as well as his next generation. He was counted on in times to address pedigrees of terriers as well as he is partly accredit with the bringing more awareness to the breed in America especially in the Midwest area.
